Bikers can also enjoy fresh air and sunshine via the “Legacy Trail” trailing through the county and national parks connecting the Sarasota County’s cities via a safe paved trail. Sarasota is the best place ever to vacation or stay awhile.

Please NO SMOKING, NO VAPING INSIDE or anywhere near the homes doors, windows, etc. This is a smoke free/vape free property.

Trash/Recycle day is on Thursdays early at 6 a.m. PLEASE put your units trash & recycle canisters at the street/sidewalk facing the road Wednesday Night.

Please pick up after your pet & use the dog station inside the dog run to dispose of your pets waste. There is a water hose inside the run if needed to help clean up after your pet as well. Greatly appreciated.
