Welcome to Sea-renity as your seaside getaway in the Bodega Harbour community! With breathtaking unobstructed panoramic views from the mouth of Tomales Bay to Point Reyes and Bodega Head, imagine yourself watching the sunset from the back deck or seasonal whale migration from the comfort of the living room. Just a short walk to the beach with amazing tidepools. This premium open-concept home in a quiet residential loop has two en-suite bedrooms plus a large airy loft as a third bedroom and can sleep up to 8 adults. The well-equipped kitchen has all the necessities for a gourmet meal or grill out on the premium Napolean propane grill.
Rediscover unplugged recreation with nearby hiking, fishing, kayaking, or wine tasting. Relax as deer, quail, bunnies, and the occasional bobcat meander through the backyard just steps from the back deck. Walk to the beach to enjoy the amazing tide pools, build a sandcastle or dip your toes in the Pacific. Take a quick drive to the Bodega Harbour clubhouse for a cocktail or dinner. Relax by a cozy fire in the wood-burning fireplace, or soak in the new private 5-person hot tub on the deck overlooking the ocean. The location is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation.
Perfectly situated in the quiet south side of the Bodega Harbour community, close to beach trails. The location is ideal for you to enjoy everything that Bodega Bay has to offer: fresh seafood, beach time, nature hikes, wine tasting, or just hanging out and watching the wildlife!
This home makes for a perfect vacation escape with friends or family! Bodega Bay is only 90 minutes from San Francisco, or 60 minutes from Napa with lots of wonderful activities. This is a fabulous place to unwind, reflect, and re-generate.
If you prefer a different pace, high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, and cable make working or entertainment a breeze. When youre ready to venture out, it is only a few minutes drive to Doran Beach and the heart of Bodega Bay on Highway 1. Plan a day trip visiting nearby Sonoma County wineries for wine tasting and exploration.
This home was recently updated, so everything is FRESH! Updates include bedroom carpets, sustainably sourced bamboo wood floors, furniture, beds, bedding, towels, LG washer & dryer, refrigerator, small appliances, and kitchenware. Each of the bedrooms has a Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid Firm mattress with a cloud-soft down alternative comforter and a variety of hypoallergenic pillows.
Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and King bed with a large closet and ensuite bath. You can see the ocean from the bedroom window. The Master bath has gorgeous green marble countertops with two sinks and heated floors. There is a hairdryer and a lighted makeup mirror. Extra bath and beach towels are in the tall linen cabinet. The step-free shower has a seat and dual showerheads.
Bedroom 2 - Vaulted ceilings with a Queen bed and a large closet. Private entrance to the Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower over tub and heated floors.
Bedroom 3/Loft - Upstairs with a King bed and a 43 Samsung 4K Smart TV with cable. There are no blinds on the windows (best room for the early risers!) so you see the ocean from your bed!
Living Room - Relax next to a wood-burning fire and 65 Samsung 4K UHD Smart TV with cable and Bose Sound System. The sofa converts to a Queen size hide-a-bed. There is also a day bed in the common area that can be easily used as an additional single bed! Board games are in the bookcase cabinet.
Kitchen - Has JennAir quality stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. Small appliances include a dual coffeemaker (for a full pot or single K-Cup pod), coffee grinder, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Instant Pot with slow cook and sous-vide capabilities, food processor, blender, and waffle iron. There are full sets of pots & pans, mixing bowls, utensils, and measuring cups. We provide salt, pepper, basic spices, and olive oil for cooking. There are ample dishes, flatware, and glassware.
Dining - The table seats 8 in cushioned chairs, as well as placemats and cloth napkins for semi-formal dining. There is also a console table behind the sofa that seats an additional 4 people in cushioned stools (the perfect vantage point for watching TV with a snack!). Two additional chairs are set in the nook by the kitchen.
Garage - Inside the 2-car garage we have a folding ping pong table. Here you will also find a cornhole game set, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, Playmate cooler, kites, sand toys, a high chair and Pack-and-Play crib.
Outside - There are plenty of areas to linger and enjoy the views with a glass of wine. There is a premium Napoleon propane grill with 1800F infrared sear station and rotisserie, plus a fire pit table that seats 6 people, 4 Adirondack chairs, and lots of plush lounge seating.

We are now helping other homeowners in Bodega Harbour share their houses and warm hospitality. Two days before you arrive, we will be sending you an email and text with the access codes that will allow you to check yourself into the property.
* Driving instructions and the street address
* Door lock code for the front entrance and garage courtyard entrance (usually the last 4 digits of your phone number). This code will be activated at your scheduled check-in time and remain active for the duration of your stay. The code will be disabled at your scheduled check-out time.

House Rules
* You must be 25 years of age to rent this home. All Guests must e-sign the Host's Rental Agreement for insurance purposes within 24 hours of making a reservation. The Rental Agreement must include a valid residential address and a working personal phone number.
* Maximum of 8 people staying overnight without any additional charges. You can have up to 6 additional visitors during the day (7am-10pm), but no parties, no guests after 10 PM, and no commercial filming.
* Check-in after 4:00 PM. We will provide you with a door lock code a few days in advance.
* Check-out by 11:00 AM. Before you leave, please load and run the dishwasher, close the windows, and lock the sliding glass doors. Please leave the beds unmade, and dirty towels in the tub or shower. Housekeeping will take care of laundering linens and trash.
* Timely checkout is imperative to allow adequate time between guests for thorough housekeeping and to avoid impacting another guest's experience. For this reason, without pre-approval, departing 1 hour after checkout time incurs a $150 fee. After 2 hours, the guest is responsible for the base nightly rate as a penalty, plus any costs or refunds associated with displacing the next guest.
* HOA quiet hours are from 10 PM until 7 AM. Please respect the serenity of the community and bring the festivities indoors during those hours. We love our neighbors. Please be considerate, respectful, and courteous.
* The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning of the home, laundering the bedding and towels, and trash removal. If excessive cleaning is required, or damages occur, there will be an appropriate additional charge. No glitter or confetti!
* This is a smoke-free home. Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind (including tobacco or marijuana) inside the house or garage, as well as the outside area surrounding the property. If smoke is detected inside the home, you will be charged for excessive cleaning, odor removal, and damage to linens or furnishings, plus any costs or refunds associated with displacing the next guest.
* Pets are not permitted. We follow the ADA definition and requirements for Service Animals, which must be disclosed prior to arrival. There will be a $500 charge for each unapproved animal, plus additional cleaning costs and damages.
* Please keep all food items in the kitchen, dining room, or living room. Please refrain from taking food to other rooms in the house.
* We are out in nature and there are wild animals such as raccoons in the area. All outside trash must be in the shed for the cans, or it will be spread across the property by the crafty raccoons.
* Since we are in a natural coastal area with lots of wildlife, it is normal to see the occasional bug or insect in the house. They may enter through an open door or window. Most of our Guests find the home appealing for its proximity to nature. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter nature during your stay.
* Please make sure babies and children do not climb the stairs without supervision or play in the loft unattended.
* Both indoors and outdoors there are several areas with steps. Please use caution.
* Do not move furniture, or remove items from the house.
* White towels are for indoor bathroom use. Colored towels are for outdoor beach and hot tub use. Makeup wipes are provided in each bathroom. Cleaning cloths are in the hall utility closet. Please do not take the white towels to the beach. Don’t use white towels to clean your makeup, boots, golf clubs, tires, or other items that will stain them.
* There are a few locked cabinets and a garage refrigerator that contain the personal property of the owners for when they use the home. Please leave them alone.
* We cannot be responsible for utility service interruptions that are outside of our control such as power, internet or cell services. Cell service in particular can be inconsistent in coastal areas.
* Use the hot tub at your own risk. Please rinse off sand and empty your swimsuit pockets of sand before entering the hot tub. Do not use any body oils or scented additives or foaming agents in the water. In the event the water is found contaminated in any way after your departure, you will be charged to cover the cost of draining and cleaning the hot tub. Never sit or stand on the hot tub cover ($600+ to replace the cover). NEVER leave children unattended in the hot tub. All efforts are made to ensure hot tubs are in good working order at all times. Due to our remote location and the difficulty in securing parts in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee the function of a hot tub. No monetary adjustment will be made for its failure.
* As is common with many homes and vacation rental properties, we have installed on-site devices for your security. These may include security alarms, exterior motion sensors, outdoor facing cameras (which do record voices), and decibel meters (which do not record voices). For your privacy, we do not have any cameras inside the house, nor any cameras that can see the spa.

Cancellation Policy
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
