Welcome to Serenity Condo 30A at Cassine Station - just steps to the beach! Nestled in the heart of this coastal paradise, our meticulously crafted condo invites your family to embark on a beach getaway like no other! Amenities include 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, and nature trails. Within Walking distance to all of Seagrove’s best shopping and dining and a short bike ride to Seaside and all Scenic 30A has to offer. The building has an elevator.

Serenity Condo 30A at Cassine Station features a king bedroom plus a set of hallway bunks - making it perfect for a couple or small family. The bedroom has a private entrance to the full bathroom and there is an attached half bathroom as well. This beach retreat features everything you need to make your next vacation carefree and relaxing.

Youll love the balcony to relax with a cup of coffee, book or afternoon cocktail. Youll have your choice of 2 neighborhood pools when youre not at the beach. The community grounds of Cassine Gardens and Cassine Village have incredible shaded walking trails to meander.

We have been coming to this area for close to 30 years. We decided to purchase a piece of paradise in August 2018.
