Welcome to our peaceful place where you can relax with the whole family and enjoy the nature, the outdoors and each others company. Its a great getaway place all year round: winter, spring, summer or fall - there is plenty to do. This cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse with open floor layout is conveniently located in the heart of the Poconos in just a few minutes away from Shawnee Mountain Ski Area, providing easy access to Delaware Watergap, Bushkills, Camelback Mountain, Kalahari, Aquatopia
This newly renovated beautiful townhouse is a home away from home. 2 bedroom 2 full bath townhouse with jacuzzi room is located in a quite community and is suitable for up to 6 guests. Additionally, Master bedroom has a crib for our young guests (you would need to bring your own crib sheets and blanket). Password code lock allows for easy check-in/check-out and each guest to have access to the property independent of each other.

The first floor has an open floor plan connecting kitchen, dining room and living room. You can relax in the living room next to the fireplace watching TV, or stream through your favorite player, or listen to your favorite tunes .

Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware, dishware and utensils, all you need is groceries and some magic to make any meal. Coffee lovers will find a traditional coffee machine along with the Keurig single-cup machine.
Dining room is suitable for up 6 people.

We have a high chair, booster seat and kids plates and utensils for the little once, if needed.

There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor. Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size crib* for our young guests. It has a direct access to the jacuzzi room and a large Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the shower. Second bedroom features two bunk beds (twin over twin and twin over full) with a private full size bathroom.

Linens and towels are provided. *You will need to bring your own crib sheets and baby blanket.

The house is stocked with everything, you would only need to bring (or purchase in the nearby supermarket) your own toiletries, if needed. The house also has Washer and Dryer for your use, just bring your own detergent.

Parking for 2 cars is conveniently located directly by the front entrance making loading and unloading a breeze.

During summer season our community offers tennis and basketball courts. Children playground is located 2 minutes walk from the house.

Shawnee Mountain Ski area is 5 minutes away with skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing in the winter. Bushkill Waterfalls and Delaware Water Gap attractions are minutes away. Camelback Mountain Ski Resort is 20 minutes away. Camelback also offers Camelbeach Mountain outdoor waterpark in the summer. The 1000’ Dual Zip Lines, Mountain Coaster, Mountain Segways, and TreeTops Adventure Course are another of Camelback Mountain Adventures heart-pounding experiences.

Aquatopia, America’s top indoor waterpark, is 20 minutes away, and Kalahari, America’s largest indoor waterpark, is 30 minutes away

Crossings Premium Outlets featuring over 100 stores is 25 minutes away, Mountain Airy Casino Resort 40 minutes away, and Nascar is 20 miles away.

House Rules

- Primary renter must be at least 25yo. Primary renter will be required to provide a copy of non-expired government-issued identification through the platform.
- The number of overnight guests may not be greater than 7. Infants and children count as guests for purposes of this rule.
- Guests will need to sign a short term rental agreement (to be provided via email).
- Guests are required to follow community rules. Violation of rules may result in fines. Guest will be responsible for refunding the OWNERS for any fines levied by the community during their stay. A brief summary of rules is captured below and full list will be provided along with the rental agreement.
- We will need you to provide names and ages of all persons staying at the house as well as plate number and state the plate is in of all the vehicles that will be at arriving. All this information is for the registration form that has to be filled out for the community so your car won't be towed and that they know you are on the property. For security reasons.
- Quite hours 11pm-8am
- No Fireworks , strictly enforced by the community. Fine of $500 will be assessed by the community for ignition of fireworks.
- No garbage to be left outside of the house at any time, strictly enforced by the community. Must take all the garbage to the dumpster. Strictly enforced by the community. Fines are assessed by the community.
- Smoking, vaping, the burning of incense, or diffusing of oils by guests, including cannabis or its derivatives, whether or not for medicinal use, is prohibited. These odors are difficult to eradicate, and may be offensive to subsequent guests, who may cancel and be displaced of lodging. A $500 damages fee will be assessed for a violation.
- No pets allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fee, ejectment, and cancellation of the booking without refund.
- Keep in mind that the area is on a higher elevation and it gets colder at night, even during the summer month. Dress warm or bring extra clothing.
- You are surrounded by the wild nature, which includes mosquitoes and ticks during the summer season. Repellents are highly recommended.
- The house is not baby proofed. Children under 2 should not be left unattended around staircases and fireplace.
- Please take off your shoes in the house.
- Please no Skis/Snowboards in the house

Payment Policy

Full payment is due upon reservation

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before check-in will be refunded 100% of the amount paid. Reservations cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in will be refunded 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days before check-in day will not be refunded.

Notes

The deposit will be refunded to the guest within one week after check-out. Damages to the property, if any, will be substracted from the Security deposit.
