HOUSE RULES

Sign waiver upon arrival and text photo to 920-342-4646 *ALL guests must sign.

Property entrances are equipped with security camera to monitor for unregistered guests or pets (Only outside not inside cabin area) your privacy is always respected

Absolutely no parties or extra guests without permission. Any unauthorized guests will result in reservation agreement being terminated with no refund. 

Firewood is available FOR PURCHASE. It's honor system so please, if you use wood, kindly pay. Fill the metal washbin for $20 Leave cash in the box marked "Wood Money". If you do not have cash we also accept PayPal and Venmo.

If you bring cats/dog(s): You must have prior approval and have paid the pet fee. The fee is PER PET and you must have a prior conversation with us for approval as pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Dogs must be leashed at all times while outside.
Dogs should not be left unattended inside the cabin. Owners 100% responsible for cleaning up all dog poop on property.

No smoking or vaping inside the cabins. Please, around fire pit only, and dispose of butts properly. PLEASE!!! NO BUTTS ON THE GROUND! You will NOT be invited to BOOK again if any cigarette butts are found anywhere on property after departure.
($250 fine imposed for smoking inside property)

Do not ride any ATV's on the property except in coming or going. 

If you use boats or kayaks, please return them to the racks so they are stored properly.

Life jackets must be worn at all times while using water vessels. Children should be in life jackets while on the shoreline or pier and under no circumstances should be left unattended near the water.

The indoor wood burning stove is not automatically available to guests. We require a phone call that will entail instructions on use . Guests are entirely responsible for cleaning out stove and ashes at the end of their stay. (available from use in winter only)

Please text us when you leave, (check-out is 11am) so cleaning people know the rental is ready for cleaning.

Violation of house rules will result in guests being asked to leave.
