🚫 LIMITED AMENITIES & RESTRICTIONS 🚫
• Solara Gate is currently not operational. We’re working on getting it repaired but don’t have a specific timeline for when it will be fixed. The area is very safe, and you can leave the gate open all day and night.
• Pool heating is available at a rate of $50/day. Please note that this add-on is only applicable to the entire reservation or not at all.
• Arcade Machine is currently not available.
• Firewood not provided for wood fire pit.

🐶 Pets (limited to dogs only) allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay, max 2 dogs under 50 lbs each.

📷 Please note that we have installed a single exterior camera facing the driveway to ensure the safety and security of both our guests and the property. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and recordings are stored in the cloud. Do not unplug or tamper with any security devices, including the Ring Camera, or any other essential devices.

- ABOUT OUR BOOKING REQUIREMENTS -

📝 Rental Agreement & Government ID:
Our insurance company requires a clear definition of the guest-host relationship, hence the need for a rental agreement. This agreement confirms the terms between our guests and our company. The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided.

💳 Security Deposit:
A security deposit hold of $2000 is required for all reservations. It is a temporary hold on the card processed by Stripe, a widely trusted credit card processor. This hold will take place 3 days before your arrival and will be released 3 days after your departure, provided that the property is left in good condition and the house rules are followed.
