My wife Johanna & I moved about 30 minutes away to be closer to family recently. This has been our home since 2018 and has blessed us with many memories. Hopefully, youll love it as much as us!
The location has quick access to Katy, the Energy Corridor, and Houston via I-10, and is situated between the Grand Parkway (I-99), Beltway 8 (I-8), and Highway 6.
Its a perfect place to stay for a quiet and relaxing getaway, visiting for business, or if visiting someone in the many nearby hospitals.
The house is a roomy 2500 sqft. home with 2 floors. For sleeping, there is a master bedroom (King) and Office/overflow room (Queen) downstairs and 3 bedrooms (Queen, Full, two Twins, Crib, and kid bed) upstairs.
Guests are free to use entire house except attic spaces (dont ask lol), garage, and fenced in area that contains the pool equipment/HVAC/gas meter.
Please let us know if youd like to meet us. We will assume you dont want to be bothered and will not make contact unless we need to let you know about something (various vendors coming by house for work).
We may stop by the garage from time to time to get our belongings, but will not bother you if we do so.
During check out, you will be asked and expected to:
1 - please wash all used dishes
2 - please leave all used towels in tubs
3 - please perform a general tidy up
4 - empty all garbage cans around the house and put in bins in alleyway
5 - please move all furniture back to where it was
6 - please lock the doors from outside
Its one of the older and safer neighborhoods in Katy with lots of fully grown trees. Many stores within walking distance or a very short drive.
We have a lot of parking in front of the house and behind (in the alleyway). 3 dedicated spots in the back and lots of street parking in the cul-de-sac and in the alleyway in back.
Let us know if youre going to want to use fireplace, otherwise itll be kid proofed (we have a bar that locks it). It doesnt really add much heat, just ambiance.
We have a crib. If you want it configured as a day bed, please let us know, and given enough advance notice, we can do it.
