Stunning Farmhouse, King Bed, Indoor Hot Tub - Saugerties

You are welcome to enjoy our hot tub year round and exercise equipment but you do at your own risk.

All Adult Guests must be at least 26 years old.

Smoking – Any and all tobacco, cannabis and electronic smoking devices must be used outside the home.

No Parties. No Events. (Unless otherwise approved.)

Additional overnight guests are welcome. So we can be prepared with extra towels and bedding each additional guest will be charged at $100/person per night.

No shoes inside the home. Please leave all shoes outside or in the shoe bench at either the driveway or porch entrance.

The maximum property capacity is 10 people during the day.

No glitter inside the home. Again, NO GLITTER inside the home.

Please pre-rinse all dishes and place them in the dishwasher before departure. You may run the cycle if you wish.

If the grill was used, please remove all dishes, cook ware and place them in the dish washer after rinsing. Please return grill cover and securely latch it on. Please clean grill free of any foods to avoid attraction of bugs or animals.

Make sure you have all you belongings before departure.

Your access code to the house expires on check out date at the agreed upon check out time.
