Must be 21 or old to rent monthly.

House Rules

No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Refundable Damage Deposit

If staying for more than 14 nights, we collect a $500 security deposit that will be returned upon check out, after property is inspected.

Notes

2 guest maximum. Check in 4pm. Check out 10am. For stays of 4 weeks or more: 1) Towels, bedding, and toiletries will be replenished every 2 weeks maximum, by request only. 2) A rental agreement will be required and a copy of ID, and a $500 deposit that will be returned upon completion of check out inspection. 3) Cleaning fee will be $140 for 1 month, $200 for 2 months, $250 for 3 months.
