Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

You will be provided with a door access code before your visit. The code is often sent out the night before check in. Your code will ONLY work beginning at 4pm the day of check in; expiring at 10:00 am the day of check out. Early check in is never guaranteed, particularly during peak seasons. If you’re interested in early check in, you’re welcome to inquire; however, approval is at the discretion of my amazing cleaner, who needs sufficient time to turnover the condo from one guest to another. Within 24 hours of arrival, you will need to stop by the office to obtain a parking pass and wristbands. The total cost is $27 and must be paid with cash or credit card on-site at the Summit office.

No pets

We accept all ADA animals with registration papers. These animals must be registered with the front office and wear ADA identification while outside. Otherwise, no pets allowed, including ESA animals. Any guest found to have a non-registered, non-ADA animal in the unit, will be asked to leave immediately, without a refund.

- ANY activity that raises substantial concern from security will result in an immediate eviction without refund.

Prior to check out, please complete the following:
- Load and start the dishwasher.
- Pile all used towels and linens on the bathroom floor.
- Clear all food items out of the refrigerator and pantry.
- Take all trash to the trash chutes.
- Set thermostat to 71 degrees.
- Ensure the door is locked as you leave.

Balance is due 30 days prior to check in.

All taxes are collected and remitted according to FL statutes and regulations.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

60+ days before arrival date = full refund

30-59 days before arrival date = forfeiture of $200 deposit

< 30 days = forfeiture of deposit and any other money paid
