Parking onsite with parking pass provided. Ten minutes to Crescent Beach and 10 minutes to downtown Old St. Augustine. Grocery stores and dining within a few miles away.

Payment Policy

50% will be collected at reservation, and remaining 50% will be collected 45 days prior to checkin

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of checkout if no damage reported.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if cancelled 60 days prior to checkin date, 50% refund between days 59 and 30 priror to checkin date, and 0% refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to checkin date.
