Lizenz tramitación Ano 2016 Número 16781Casa Redonda, the “round house”. That’s the name of this spectacular property in the urbanised La Joya above the Cala Llenya in San Carlos. It is situated in a unique location on the Cala Llenya beach, on Ibiza’s east coast.
The distinctive architecture of the house is a pleasant surprise. Spacious rooms such as the large dome and the loft like extension, where the open kitchen, dining room and chill out space join onto each other. Wall paintings by local artists give each room a unique feel. Casa Redonda harmoniously combines Arabic architecture with the domes and round rooms with the Ibizan building style, natural stones and juniper wood.
Through the entrance, you access the 60m2 dome, the central sofa island and the tiled fireplace. Tall terrace doors give a free view onto the wonderful Mediterranean garden that surrounds the property. Turn left to the fireplace room with a comfy sitting corner and a double bedroom with en suite toilet. On the right is another toilet with shower. A spiral staircase leads you to the gallery on the top floor. Here are two further double bedrooms and a toilet.
Equally to the right of the round building is a new part of the house with open living, cooking and dining area (75m2). The kitchen is completely equipped with modern electronic devices. The wine cellar and storage room are accessible here. Via a spiral staircase you can access the fourth bedroom with en suite shower. Eight double-winged doors that open entirely open up the indoor living space to the large pool terrace. The 8.5m x 4.5m swimming pool is ideally suited to the villa. The pool terrace is surrounded by a neat garden with a variety of Mediterranean plants and not viewable from the outside. The gas BBQ provides for comfortable grill nights. Dine at the rustic wooden table. A staircase leads directly to the beach.
All bedrooms have A/C and some have televisions. The house can be heated by the A/C before and after season. The floor heating and the outdoor tiled fireplace heat the house during the winter. The fireplace room provides a space for cuddling by the fire.
Children equipment (crib, highchair) is of course available upon request. Small dogs are also welcome (if trained well ?). Please ask us.
At beach Cala Llenya there is a kiosk with gastronomy. Beach Cala Nova and its many different restaurants are 10 minutes away by foot. During season, a small supermarket nearby opens for basic supply. More shopping opportunities, pubs and boutiques are in the San Carlos hippy area.

Music and outdoor noises must be kept low after 9:00 PM. Between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM, there should be no external disturbances from music or voices.
Upon check-out, the tenant is obligated to leave the rental property by 10:00 AM in a swept, garbage-free, washed, and orderly condition, including terraces, living areas, pool area, barbecue, etc. Furniture should be returned to its original position.
In consideration of subsequent tenants, we kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the rental property.
Due to the general risk of fire, public fires are legally prohibited in the summer.
The tenant is responsible for daily disposal of generated trash.
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM.
