We are located in Colonnade Club within Shipyard Plantation. Our community is at the end of a segment so we do not have any pass-through car traffic, which makes for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Some key features we offer in our premier vacation rental are:
~ 2 Bedrooms, both with King sized beds, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room
~ 2 Full Bathrooms, one is an en-suite with dual vanity and tub/shower combo. The other is a shower and adjoins the front bedroom and living area
~ Ground Floor Unit! only 4 steps from the parking lot to our front door, with wide staircase
~ We provide 4 Bikes, 4 Beach Chairs and 1 Beach Cart for your stay
~ 0.6 Mi from our unit to the Ocean! ~13 min walk or ~3 min bike ride!
~ Full sized washer & dryer in unit, along with Iron and Ironing Board
~ Fully stocked Kitchen with basic spices, kitchen gadgets and appliances, Keurig and Traditional Drip Brewer as well as Crock Pot, Blender and more!

Shipyard and Colonnade are very close to the popular shopping and dining area of Coligny, as well as the newer Beer Garden and Eats called The Bank (adjacent to Shipyard Pope Ave. Entrance)

Within Shipyard, we have two Spas, a Golf Course and Brickyard Pub (at the golf course). The Sonesta Hotel is also located within Shipyard. Check out our preferred restaurant and shopping details, also provided in the unit, and on our social media accounts!

Shipyard has beautiful walking/bike paths throughout the entire community with views of the golf course, nature and wildlife. Please keep your distance from all wildlife, let them enjoy their home as you visit. No Fishing is allowed within Shipyard Plantation at any of the lagoons. No e-bikes are allowed to be used within Shipyard.

Getting around

Shipyard Plantation has two entrances by car. The main entrance is off of 278 with a second entrance off of Pope Ave. You will need to check in with security at the 278 gate at first entry and you will be provided with a parking pass to display in your vehicle during your stay. Maximum of two cars per unit allowed.

Guests must be over the age of 21 to book our property. The party named on the agreement must be present at the home for the duration of the rental.

No more than 6 people can occupy this unit. No pets allowed, per Association Rules.
Payment Policy
A deposit via credit card is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival date. All reservations that have not paid their balance within 10 days of arrival will have the card on file charged. Bookings within 30 days of arrival require payment in full at the time of booking. Guests must be over the age of 21 to book our property. The party(ies) named on the agreement must be present at the home for the duration of the rental.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations that are canceled more than 30 days prior to the start of your stay will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your stay. No cancellations are allowed 14 days or less prior to your arrival. Travel Insurance is recommended if you feel a situation may occur where you have to cancel within 30 days of the start of your stay. All Reservations made for a duration of 1 month (28 Days) or longer are non refundable. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. No refunds will be issued for any situation arising from hurricanes including evacuations without Travel Insurance coverage. No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption of your stay due to other inclement weather.

Prohibited Vehicles: Trailers, U-hauls, Motor Homes, Motorcycles, e-bikes and/or commercial or recreational vehicles are prohibited in Shipyard Plantation. NO watercraft trailers (boats, jet skis, etc.) are allowed into the Plantations without prior arrangements for dry dock and/or boat slip. Parking is not allowed on streets.

Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the property, inside the unit or on the porch or deck of the unit. Should any guest smoke inside of a unit, a $500 fee will be charged for additional cleaning costs.
