140 km west of Helsinki, Gulf of Finland / Båthusfjärden 350 m, the beach is first shallow and hard, then deeper with a soft clay bottom. Pier and beach for shared use with another cottage (15311 Tallbacka 2) and also villagers can use the pier (use has been very limited). Rowing boat will be in shared use with another cottage starting from 14.8.21.
Log house covered with board 1929, completely renovated 2016, kitchen, dining room, living room, washing room (toilet and shower), glazed terrace.
Upstairs lounge, bedroom with 3 beds, bedroom with 4 beds (beds can be transferred if needed).
A wooden building 30 m² with electric heating; two single beds and an extra bed for two.
Separate yard sauna, fireplace room with sofabed for two (in winter 2 persons can also sleep on folding beds in main building), washing room (hot water cauldron, no shower), steam room (wood stove), terrace. From sauna to the beach is about 300 m. From sauna to the house is approx. 50 m. From house to the beach is approx. 350 m.
There is a campfire place and ball bbq grill (also gas grill still available on summer -21). Garage. Former farm in the village of Bromarv. Buildings log structures were originally built in the 1800s and have been moved to the site in 1929. The house and the environment has been completely renovated 2016. Yard is spacious, flat and grassy. You can drive to the shore to put your own boat into water or lift it from the water. For bigger boats there is official boat ramp in the village, about 9 km from the cottage.
The water comes into the house, as well as to the separate sauna building. Saunas water has to be heated in cauldron. Water in the area contains manganese and iron, which might cause some smell/taste into the water. However, its examined and safe to use. Client can bring drinking water, if he wants.
Nearby there are other cottages, nearest 50 m away.
Padva sand beaches 10 km, Bromarv idyllic archipelago village (summer market, shops and restaurants) 9 km, Tammisaari 50 km, Hanko 80 km, Karjaa 50 km, Fiskars 50 km, Salo 80 km.

A down payment of 20% of the total rental cost of the reserved rental property is payable within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.
