This is a unique property on a large peninsula lot, surrounded entirely by Marsh and Water. The views and privacy are spectacular ! You have use of our backyard dock...great for romance and wine. We provide Kayaks and Stand Up Paddleboards for guests to use. Also great for pulling in crabs and fishing. The house is only a fast hop over the bridge to Downtown Charleston....and the bridge is walkable. Uber and Lyft are swift - the bridge is about 3 miles long to get there. The beach is the other direction...only 6 miles down Coleman Blvd on the map. Mount Pleasant is "the place to be" and our neighborhood is the closest historic neighborhood to Downtown Charleston. If you select our home, please appreciate the diversity of our area... it is steeped in Gullah History.

c) Travelers who cancel within 30 days of arrival with get No Refund and No Future Credit.
d) Our cancellation/refund policy is enforced as detailed in Clause 22.
e) Owner reserves the right to issue traveler a future credit in the case of a government order or restriction that makes the property unusable or inaccessible.

g) No refunds for early departure, or late arrival.
h) If the house is unacceptable to you, this is considered a non-refundable cancellation.
