In case we still have availability, each parking space on our lot is $75 Monthly. The car details are required. (Make, model, color, picture of the car, license plate and state). That amount will be paid separately as it isn’t included with the payment on the platform.
Make sure that you have the parking pass visible on your car's front windshield.
PETS:
Pets are allowed at The Broad!
Maximum of 1 pet per unit. (If you have more than 1 pet, we can discuss it and probably allow it, but it has to be decided by the owners)
For each pet, there is a pet fee, if we end up allowing 2 of them, you will have to pay that extra from our request).
*ALSO, we will need the information from the pet. Breed, weight, color and a picture.
