In 1946, this island cottage was the first two story building built in the surrounding neighborhood. There is a 1940’s era photo of this cottage proudly displayed in our local firehouse. The property has been lovingly restored: a large private swimming pool and sundeck tucked behind a palm frond hedge await your arrival. The Fillmore presents a quiet neighborhood setting located only one block from the beach. You can walk the short block or drive and park at the 12th Avenue beach access located on Gulf Blvd.

We provide bikes, beach chairs, and a beach wagon. This two story home has great walkability, providing easy access to nearby seafood restaurants, pubs and island shops. Several nature parks are within a short walk and community parks offer tennis, basketball, skateboarding, baseball and large playgrounds. Enjoy living like a local. In total The Fillmore comfortably sleeps eight guests. It is perfect for multigenerational parties due to the fact that the downstairs is a fully self contained one bedroom, one bath suite separated from the three bedroom, one bath upstairs suite by an enclosed and secure stairwell.

For thirty years, we have been in search of hospitality excellence here in our coastal village of Indian Rocks Beach. We wish to share the peace, tranquility, and sense of place that this quaint & bohemian location has brought to our family and community. Our private & walkable enclave has bestowed a sense of belonging to generations of beachgoers. We personally invite you to partake in our version of the beach week: steps from the beach, and preserved & thoughtfully restored 20th century cottages––designed with ‘Old Florida’ in mind.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Check in for your reservation will be 4PM or later on your arrival date and check out is 10AM or earlier on your departure date. To make it convenient for you, we have a self check in policy. Any time after 4 pm you can go straight to your cottage, addresses below, and the door will be unlocked and the keys on the table, the cottage name will be on the building . At check out please leave the keys on the table and the door unlocked.

House Rules

Parking available 2 space per unit reserved. Please do not bring more than two cars, we have the right to tow any extra vehicles and need parking for our staff and owners. There is overnight parking in the area, feel free to ask our staff where you can park any additional cars. Please limit your party to the number of registered guests shown in your confirmation. Any and all additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance of arrival.

Payment Policy

Rental Deposit Payment is due at the time of reservation. Rental Balance is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival date. Payments may be made by major CC. We will send an email reminder of balance payment due 5 weeks before your arrival and collect balance from your CC on file 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Notice given outside of sixty (60) days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of one night stay per unit/ per week reserved. Notice given 30 - 60 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit. Full payment due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations less than 30 days forfeit all monies collected.
