A 6 acre rural property where the separate guesthouse is offered. The owner resides onsite and is available for any urgent needs. The houses are approx. 200 feet apart assuring privacy. I have 2 friendly dogs, free range chickens and cats who mostly stay in the owners house. The guesthouse is fully furnished and available for short, medium and long term stays. Small pets are welcome and there is a pet door. Starlink is provided and smart TVs are in each room. Just 7 miles to the Interstate where there is a Publix grocery store, gas stations and restaurants.

Getting around

The property is on a paved road and just 7 1/2 miles from I-75 on SR-121. There is just one stop sign and two lights until you reach the Interstate allowing travel of 60 mph and taking less than 10 minutes. At the Interstate, there is a Publix grocery store, gas and various restaurants.
