Ideal for families and friend groups, The Johnny & June comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. Each of the 3 bedrooms boasts its own private bathroom and room-darkening shades, offering convenience and privacy. Discover your own retreat within each bedroom:
BEDROOM 1: A third-floor sanctuary with a king-size bed, 55-inch TV, and an en-suite bathroom featuring double vanities and a massive walk-in shower.
BEDROOM 2: The third-floor oasis with a queen bed, 40-inch TV, and a bathroom boasting a combination tub/shower.
BEDROOM 3: A cozy escape on the first floor with a queen bed, 45-inch Smart TV, and a bathroom featuring a convenient stall shower.
Need extra space? Unfold the sofa bed in the living room, offering a surprisingly comfortable queen sleeping option.
The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring ample comfortable seating and a whopping 70-inch TV. Enjoy the throwback vibes with a record player and a collection of vinyl, seamlessly blending with our stunning mid-century modern furnishings.
Cook up a storm in our spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need. From a full set of appliances to a Keurig coffee maker with starter supplies, weve got your culinary needs covered. Gather at the bar or the full dining table for memorable meals together.
Towels, full-length mirrors, hair dryers, and iron/ironing board – weve thought of everything. Dont forget the convenient half-bath on the second floor, strategically located near the kitchen/living room for easy access. Laundry on the agenda? Our washer and dryer are at your service.
Wondering about parking? Weve got you covered with a private garage for 2 smaller cars or 1 larger vehicle (depending on size). (Theres no additional on-site parking.)

Weve got a set of house rules to ensure everyone has a fantastic stay. Failure to follow these might lead to additional charges or, in the worst-case scenario, termination of the reservation without a refund.
📝 Booking Agreement: Please sign the digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or ASAP if you’re arriving in the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to cancellation based on the agreed-upon cancel policy. We want to make sure everything’s set for your stay!
🏡 Treat It Like Family: Be a thoughtful guest — imagine its your favorite aunt and uncles place. Clean up after yourself and leave things as you found them.
🚫 No Shenanigans: Keep it cool — no drugs, illegal activities, unaccounted-for guests, animals/pets, or parties. Breaking this rule could result in your reservation being terminated without a refund. Let’s not part ways on bad terms.
🚭 No Smoking: If you need to puff, do it outside. No smoking or vaping indoors or in the garage.
🏘️ Neighborly Vibes: Respect our neighborhood. Keep noise down after dark, and save the party vibes for Broadway. Nashvilles quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am.
💁🏻♀️ Age and Guests: The primary guest (the one who books) must be 21+, stay the whole time, and be responsible for the group and the home. Our nightly rate covers 6 guests or less. Extra guests (up to our max) are charged at $20 each per night. Final headcount must be confirmed and paid no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm at 8 guests, and only those listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No additional visitors for any length of time. Middle TN residents, reach out for approval before making a reservation. Instant bookings by locals are subject to cancellation. Families and children are always welcome, but the home is not child-proofed.
🎉 Festive Decor: Planning to hang decorations? Wall-saver tape is required and all decor must be removed prior to check-out. Any damage to walls, ceilings, or paint will be charged to the guest.
📷 Camera Awareness: Safety and privacy matter! There is an actively recording doorbell camera at the front door. There are no cameras or recording devices inside. The house is equipped with a security system that is only utilized when the home stands vacant. An Alexa-enabled bluetooth speaker is provided for convenience and entertainment.
🛠️ Keep Us in the Loop: Accidents happen. Inform us about any breakages or damage so we can address them promptly. We appreciate your honesty.
🧰 Appliances and Repairs: Well tackle household equipment issues as quickly as possible. If we cant restore an appliance or other equipment to habitable standards (as determined by us), well do our best to relocate guests or, if not possible, refund the remainder of the stay. In the rare event this happens, we are not financially responsible for new accommodations.
💼 Liability Matters: Were not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or the loss of valuables on the premises. Guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property and take on all liability and expenses to repair or replace things they break.
🥳 No Confetti or Glitter: Seriously. Its a glitter-free zone. (Bet you didnt think wed need to say that!)

The rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours (or immediately upon receipt if your arrival is within 5 days) or your reservation is subject to cancellation in accordance with the agreed-upon cancellation policy.
+ Be a kind and considerate human, and treat the place as if it were your favorite aunt and uncle's. Remember that the home belongs to real people. At the conclusion of your stay, follow check-out procedures (they're easy peasy) and return the home in the same condition in which you found it.
+ Drugs, animals/pets, illegal activity, and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
+ Smoking is only permitted outside and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. No smoking of any kind in the home or in the garage—including e-cigarettes and vape pens. (No ifs, ands, or butts about it.)
+ Remember you're staying in a residential neighborhood, sharing our personal home. We care about our neighbors and our community, so please be sensitive and respectful with your volume levels. While we absolutely want you to have a great time while you're here, please keep the partying on Broadway and not in our home or neighborhood. Nashville city quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am daily. Noise violations and/or complaints will result in termination of the reservation without refund.
+ The primary guest booking the reservation assumes responsibility for all guests in their group as well as the home & its contents. Only wall-saver tape is permitted for hanging any decorations, and all decor must be removed and disposed of at check-out. Per local regulations, no signage or decorations may be visible from the exterior of the home. Any damage to walls, ceilings, paint, etc. will be charged to the guest.
+ Local laws require that the primary guest booking the reservation be at least 21 years of age and stay for the entirety of the reservation. Only those guests specifically accounted for in the reservation are permitted on the property. No additional guests are allowed for any length of time. Attempts made to bring undisclosed guests/visitors onto the property will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. By making a reservation, it is also acknowledged and understood that we have an actively recording exterior doorbell camera at the front door. There are—of course—no cameras or recording devices inside the home. The house is equipped with a security system that is only utilized when the home stands vacant, and there is an Alexa-enabled bluetooth speaker in the living room.
+ Local residents seeking to book with us are subject to prior approval and are required to contact us before making a booking. If you live in the Middle Tennessee area, please do not book until you have discussed your plans with us and received approval. + Communicate any breakages and/or damage. We understand accidents happen, so just let us know if one does. Usually we can address these quickly if we're informed in a timely manner—which means you're more likely to have your full security deposit returned.
+ While appliances and other household equipment are believed to be in good working condition, some deficiencies only present themselves while they're continuously used by guests. We reserve the right to take up to 24 hours to tend to non-emergency issues. Remember that this is an independently-owned home and we are therefore at the mercy of subcontractors' availability for service and repairs. If we are unable to get an appliance or other equipment up to habitable standards (as determined by us), we will do all we can to relocate guests to an adequate property, or, if we are unable to do so, refund the remaining cost of the stay so they can seek alternate accommodations. In the rare instance this occurs, note that we cannot be held financially responsible for new accommodations.
+ We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that may occur while on the premises, or for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By making a reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
