☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

Thanks to 5 spacious bedrooms spread across the three levels of the cabin, you will have plenty of room for yourselves and privacy when you need it. There are 2 bedrooms situated on the main level- Master bedroom with king bed with ensuite full bathroom and smart TV. 2nd bedroom on main floor is outfitted with a queen-size bed and a Smart TV. There are 2 bedrooms on the upper level loft: 1 bedroom with queen bed and another with two twin beds. This spacious bedroom has ample closet space and a Smart TV. The fifth bedroom is located on the lower level and is perfect for any kiddos in your group. It features two queen-size beds with a single bunk over each. Enjoy your favorite channels on the smart TV. This level is also equipped with access to a private balcony with a relaxing hot tub, outdoor swing,and outdoor seating options.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ROOM ☆☆

Cook up family meals in the well-equipped kitchen located on the main level. The kitchen has all the necessary tools and appliances, including a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, toaster, blender, Keurig, coffeemaker, plates, cups, utensils, and other kitchen supplies. Bring your own food, drinks, coffee, etc.

A starter supplies pack is provided, which includes: paper towels, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, and hand soap. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. There is also a full kitchen located on the lower level, allowing for privacy between families/groups. The kitchen has a stove/oven, refrigerator, sink, microwave, and coffee station.

Enjoy your meals at the dining room table (seating for four), or head outside to the large outdoor dining table (seating for eight). Laundry washer and dryer are available in the home.

☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆
There are 3 spacious living rooms. 2 living rooms on the main floor and 1 living room on lower level.
The first main-level living room is a great spot to relax as you listen to the crackle of the fireplace or have a family game night - theres a board game collection for you to enjoy. The living room boasts a sofa with reclining seats, a loveseat, and a plush chair. The second main level living room has plenty of seating for everyone where you can stream your favorite shows on large 75 Smart TVs or curl up with a good book. You can also challenge one of your family members to a game of pool or Air Hockey in this living area.
There is an additional 3rd living room downstairs with smart TV, board games and a wooden fireplace!

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

Step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Take in the riverfront and mountain views from the cabins two balconies or head down to the fire pit and watch the starry night sky come alive.

The main level features a screened-in porch with a large dining table and two Adirondack chairs overlooking the river. There is also a screened-in back porch on this level. The lower-level porch features a private hot tub overlooking the river - perfect for relaxing sore muscles or simply enjoying the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Our hot tub is cleaned in between all guest visits. Also, take advantage of the BBQ to grill up delicious meals.

*** Since the cabin is in the woods, it is frequented by wild life including bears and insects. Please respect the animals. Please be careful and maintain appropriate distance. Please do not attempt to feed or get close to wild life***

Pet policy: Pets are allowed at the property- maximum of 2 pets.
Please note the following rules for pets-
Pet fees is an additional $75 per pet per stay.
1. Please pick up after your pet.
2. Pet should be leashed at all times when walking in the neighborhood.
3. Please bring a kennel if your pet will need to stay in the house.
4. We ask that your pet does not climb the beds or furniture.
5. Please make sure your pet does not disturb the neighbors.
6 Please do not leave your pet alone at home in severe weather.
