The Home

Located high above the South Park Basin, the quintessential cabin is nestled amongst towering lodgepole pine trees atop a ridge that overlooks Hoosier Pass and several 14,000 foot peaks in the Mosquito Range. The home has 1800sqft of space to relax and soak up the mountain life. Enjoy the open concept main floor with breathtaking views of Mount Bross, a 14178ft peak, or sit back and relax in front of the wood burning stove and stream a show on the 55in TV.

The home offers sleeping arrangements for 8 people in 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1, located on the upper level, includes a queen bed and ample storage in the closet for your clothes and gear. Bedroom 2, also on the upper level, is a cozy room that includes a queen bed and closet for storage. The 3rd bedroom is located on the lower level and includes 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bunk bed. This room also has a large closet for storage. A bathroom is located on each level.

The kitchen is fully appointed with all the necessary essentials for cooking. Basic cooking supplies, coffee, tea and hot chocolate are provided for your convenience. The dining table seats 8.

The large family room is located on the lower level and offers a 65 TV with streaming services. The lower level also provides access to the hot tub.

Pets are welcome for an additional $100 fee. We utilize a Ring doorbell camera and electronic lock to assist with access to the property. We also use a ring camera inside the utility room to monitor the cistern water level.
