Cute cabin in Mountain community. 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Also a loft with a twin over full bunk bed and an extra twin mattress under the bunk bed.

Brand new hot tub now installed. Huge deck with gas grill and gas heater. Fire pit in the back.

Access to the neighborhood pool, tennis court and basketball court in the summer and close to skiing in the winter. Sandy river is just one street over. 15 min to Ski bowl.

Due to severe allergies, we cant accept pets at all.
Great updated cabin known as The Pickle. 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds. Loft area has toys for kids and a twin over full bunk bed, with an extra twin mattress slid under the bottom bunk.

The space is 1000 sq ft with one full updated bathroom. Gas stove to heat the house in the winter.

Brand new hot tub that easily fits 6.

This is a cozy cabin close to all mountain activities.

Portable A/C available for hot weather.

Th community pool will open daily from July 1st for the summer of 2019. Hours are 11am-7:30pm with adult swim 1-2pm.

Well stocked kitchen. Could cook most things.

House Rules

**Be respectful with noise after 10pm.

**Please do not leave anything in front of the electric heater vents as it's a fire hazard.

**No more guests than what was stipulated when booking. If you bring more guests than on the booking, your reservation will be cancelled immediately and no refund given.

**No smoking/vaping inside property. Doing so will forfeit security deposit and cancellation of booking.

** Due to severe allergies, animals can't be accommodated at this cabin. If you are found to have a pet on the property, you will forfeit security deposit and the booking cancelled immediately.

** Please do not burn the benches around the fire. They aren’t firewood, they are for seating. If you burn them, you will incur a fee of $200.

** If you lose the pool/lodge pass there is a $30 fee to replace.

**No parties allowed. If a party happens, you forfeit deposit plus will incur any extra fees for any damages and your booking will be cancelled immediately and you’ll be asked to leave.

Payment Policy

Payment due at time of booking. Any refunds given by the host on a case-by-case basis will incur a 5% processing fee.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations within 30 days. I highly recommend travel insurance.
