Bring the whole family to our dream home on the main branch of the Delaware River! Eight bedrooms and 13 beds plus some sofa beds here and there. The basement is an awesome game room with pool table, shuffle board, ping pong, and plenty of games. Dining table seats 18 - the perfect spot for friends and family to gather. Nice view of the river from the hot tub. River access is just a short walk down a pathway on this 2.8 acre property, where you can fish or launch your tube, kayak, or canoe!

There is a smart keypad on the front door. We will send you a unique code to access the house. Punch in that code and press the "Yale" button to unlock. Simply press the Yale button to lock the door.

House Rules

All events and outside guests must be pre-approved. No pets upstairs please.

If you would like to host an event on the property, we will require a 3-night minimum stay, so that you will have an appropriate amount of time to clean up after the event. Also required is an additional fee and security deposit. Specific amounts will be discussed.

We have Starlink high speed internet at the house, however we like to inform guests that cell reception is very spotty, and practically zero at our house. So be sure to turn on “WiFi calling” on your cell phone. When you're checking in, you can log into the WiFi if you need to call us.

We have security cameras monitoring the exterior of the property for everyone’s safety.
