TINY unit in cottage in the middle of Downtown - Orlando

Rental agreement needs to be e-signed before check in & ID submitted for building security. Info will not be shared.
This is a great place in the heart of downtown Orlando near a ton of restaurants, night life, the Dr. Philips center, Amway arena and Lake Eola. Publix is across the street. There is a mini refrigerator and coffee maker. The TV has Netflix and amazon prime.
The unit is private with separate entrance. Please note is a small place to crash bedroom and bathroom are both 50 sq feet. You are paying for the location and parking.

Owner lives in another unit on property please be courteous.

Due to Covid-19 I am taking extra precautions to sanitize the unit after each stay. Surfaces are sanitized with Lysol and microban 24.
The house is old so it has a few quirks but you can’t beat the location.

Security deposit is required for guests under 21.
This is a small unit inside a home with a private entrance. You have a private bedroom and bathroom. The unit is about 100 square feet. It is ideal for a couple or 1 person for a short stay. There is a mini fridge in the room, and coffee pot. There is plenty of room on the porch to hang out if you need more space and theres great people watching.
You may hear outside noise as it’s in the front of the house.

Is next to the front door. You will hear people going in and out.


Parking is free for one car. Early check in and out is extra.

Publix is nearby as well as tons of restaurants, cafes, shops and night life. This place is in the heart of downtown Orlando.
Universal studios is about a 20-25 min drive and Disney is about a half hour.
Please note you are in a downtown city area please be aware of your surroundings.
Lynx limo bus which is free goes to all the main attractions in the area. Theres also the sunrail. Uber, zip car, lyft and taxis.
