Spacious popup camper with two kings and one full bed (full bed over dining table). Comes with outlets, heat, AC, outdoor bathroom, and outdoor shower. Pet friendly with refundable pet deposit. Rental lease and refundable deposit required. Available for travel across the US or to be enjoyed in a parked spot. We do not provide spots for camper setup and enjoyment. Comes with small kitchenette, shore power cord, generator, patio furniture, battery, and more.

We can meet guests with the camper for a fee. Can also set up for a small fee. We have YouTube videos available for camper set up, take down, features, walkthrough, uses, and more. Camper size and weight allows it to be towed by sedans, SUVs, and trucks. Towing weight is approximately 2200 lbs.

House Rules

1. No smoking or tobacco products inside.
2. Guest creating reservation maintains accountability and liability for all guests using camper.
3. No use of candles or hot plates inside camper.
4. Damages and stolen items will result in a deduction from security deposit. Excessive damages or theft may result in additional costs to guest not covered by security deposit.
5. If camper requires excessive cleaning above and beyond normal use, an additional cleaning fee may be deducted from deposit.
6. Report any damages or camper issues to owner as quickly as is convenient for guest.
7. A copy of valid drivers license is required for Lessee reserving the camper.
8. Camper can be delivered to a spot for Lessee for an additional fee.

Payment Policy

We accept card (2.5% added fee for cards), Venmo, cash app, Zelle, and Apple Pay.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Deposit refunded 2-5 days upon camper return.

Cancellation Policy

100% returned 14 days or greater prior to reservation. 50% returned 7-14 days out. 25% returned 4-7 days out. No refund less than 4 days prior to reservation.
