Rules Tugun Treetops Unit 2/11 Alkira Street Tugun #1 - Please Clean Up Dishes If you use any dishes during your stay, we would be grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help. #2 - Number of Guests Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under Airbnb Insurance. This is bad for everyone! #3 - Check Out is 10am. Our cleaner will arrive shortly after 10am to clean the property. We can’t stop her, she is a cleaning machine. #4 - Lights and Heating We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights, tv and air conditioning when you leave the unit each day, and on check out. #5 – No Parties Is pretty straight forward STRICTLY NO Parties! #6 – No loud Music or Noise After 10pm or Before 7am All the neighbourhood would greatly appreciate that you adhere to this rule. #7 – Please Do Not Rearrange the Furniture. We would really appreciate if the furniture remains where it is when you arrive. The only exception is the coffee table, which will required to be lifted to the side by two people when using the fold out queen sofa bed located in the lounge room when more than 4 guests are booked in. #8 – No Pets allowed. No to anything that eats, poops or wees. #9 – Please Do Not Eat or Drink in the Bedrooms No eating or drinking in the bedrooms please. #10 – No Smoking/Vaping Inside the Premises Whilst smoking on the balcony please ensure all cigarette butts are disposed of in the supplied ash tray and that the ashtray is clean prior to checkout. #11 – No Illegal Substances Allowed on the Premises No one wants to deal with the police! #2 – No Access to the Backyard There is STRICTLY NO access to the backyard. #13 – Enjoy Your Stay Last but not least.
