Our brand new coastal & modern house finished in March 2024 located on MP20.5 -- is only 91 steps to the Ocean in South Nags Head. It feels like a luxurious hotel decorated in a modern & coastal decor with the accent turquoise color. The house is 18 off the ground with all of the living space on one level. Enjoy the lovely light and views from the great room. Please make sure you are okay with walking up stairs (no elevator).
The newly built Turquoise beach house has a great room with the kitchen, dining and living room all in one large open space with a wall of windows that is 2 stories high and wonderful lighting. The front deck offers stunning views of the Ocean and surroundings. Watch the sun rise and set from our 270 degree views.

Each bedroom has a name & sign and a theme. We have 2 master bedrooms with ensuite full bathrooms. Each bedroom is named after some of our favorite travel destinations: Bedroom 1: Turks & Caicos, Bedroom 2: Big Blue 3: Bahamas and 4: Hawaii.

The beach is about 350’ - 91 steps from our house, no streets to cross. It’s public & not crowded.

We are only a 10minute / 5 miles from the town, plenty of grocery, restaurants & shopping nearby from food Lion, fresh market or Harris Teeter to choose from. If you forget anything you’ll be able to find it in our local Tanger mall or wing stores. You can plan your time here to be quiet or as busy as you like- lighthouses, beaches, NC Aquarium, fishing, sound side water activities like jet skiing, sailing and more.

We provide 100Mbps internet with streaming & Xumo channels on the main tv. The large master & Hawaii bedrooms have a new 40” tvs.

We provide all the linens & beach towels & bath mats and use a towel service for guests.

Our house is managed by the same person each week and we take cleaning, quality and attention to detail seriously.

Getting around

There is no street parking. You can fit up to 3 cars underneath the house and there is no issue with height as the house is 18' from the ground. You can use our bikes to peddle around or go to town, it's 5 miles via sidewalk.

House Rules

NO COOKING with or use of ANY strong smelling substances that may require professional cleaning or remediation. Max security deposit forfeiture. NO tampons or personal wipes down toilet nor grease or food down sink, this home is on a septic field. A clogged system will make everyone unhappy! If you break it...please replace it. Security deposit will be retained for damages or excessive cleaning required. -No parties or events. -Park only in the driveway which fits up to 3 vehicles. No parking allowed on the street. Notes

Our house is brand new, everything it in is new. We designed this to our standards and not just for a rental. We try to think of everything a beach house should have and hope you'll enjoy our beach home as much as we do. We do not have shades or curtains for our North wall of windows in the great room in case that concerns you. It is like living in a glass house. Every bedroom and bathroom has nice custom blinds. Note: ***our Towel service provides bathroom towels, bath mats & beach towels & Linens are included**** We have a few beach items guests are welcome to use e.g. beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, blankets, beach cart, shade, tent.
