Absolute ocean front condo in lush green grounds of Kona Sea Village with oceanside pool & hot tub. From the private lanai catch sight of migrating Whales, watch for Dolphins and beautiful sunsets.
Condo is equipped with everything including wifi, a well-stocked kitchen, extra toiletries, full-sized washer and dryer, cable television, and beach gear. Unit can comfortably host 6 guests with 2 Bedrooms & 2 Baths
AROUND:
Sea Village is a short distance from Magic White Sands Beach, world class snorkeling at Kahaluu Beach Park and downtown restuarants. Kona Trolley stop is 2 a min walk which makes lot other places easily accessible. 30 mins South out of Kona is Kona Coffee Country where youll find free coffee samples. Visit Puuhonua o Honauna, also called The Place of Refuge, Volcanoes National Park. Championship Golf Courses are nearby.
SLEEPING:
Condo can conformably sleep 6 guests. Primary Bedroom has Cal King-sized bed, ceiling fan, connected bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd Bedroom has Twin Beds, a ceiling fan and closet ; 2nd Bathroom is equipped with a stall shower. The Living Room has a queen sized convertible sofa.
GROUND:
You are surrounded with lush green and well-maintained garden with access to pool & hot tub overlooking ocean & common area or BBQs area for grilling. There is privately-owned coffee, sandwich and smoothie shop on the property.
Please note:
-There is no air conditioning in our condo, But with fans in each room and the trade winds usually help to keep the unit comfortable. In addition, the mauka (mountainside) breeze typically develops after sunset and helps cool the bedrooms if the windows are open.
-This complex does not have elevators and unit is not ADA accessible.

UNIT LOCATION & PARKING: Please note that Unit is on the 3rd Floor, access to the unit requires climbing steps. Guests can park anywhere in the unmarked parking space. It is guests responsibility for making sure to park in the right space and be responsible for any towing charges.
CONSTRUCTION: Construction at areas surrounding your Vacation Rental is beyond our control. We do not offer refunds, relocations, or discounts for construction. If there is excessive noise beyond normal working hours, we will attempt to contact the construction site manager regarding working hours.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY The Sea Village development’s maximum occupancy of six people will be strictly enforced. Violation will result in an additional fee of $100 per night per person and additional penalties may apply.
KEYS/REMOTE CONTROLS Keys to the premises are the exclusive property of Gita. There will be a minimum charge of $50 for replacement of each lost front door key. Pool key replacement cost is set by the Sea Village development and will be billed to renter if pool key is lost.
Quiet Hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am. As a courtesy to other guests, noise must be controlled at all times, particularly if you’re arriving late or leaving early.
Sea Village is a no-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed on the premises or in apartment units.
No towels, bathing suits or other clothing are to be hung on lanai (balcony) railings.
Please help us keep pests under control by putting all foods away and dispose of garbage often. This will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable.
Please don’t feed any of the birds from the lanai or other animals on the property.
Please don’t back into parking spaces as this could cause exhaust fumes to enter into other apartments.
Barbecuing or fires are not permitted in the units or on the lanai. BBQ grills are provided in the court yard area.
Pool hours are 8:00am to 9:30pm. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Smoking, food, glassware, cell phones or the use of large flotation devices are not allowed in the pool area. Please read and comply with the other pool and spa rules that are posted in the pool area.
Management reserves the right to access any unit in the event of an emergency, for needed repairs or pest control. You will be notified in advance unless it is an emergency.
If an emergency occurs, first notify the appropriate agency or call 911. Then notify the Sea Village resident manager (808) 329-5434.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY Under no circumstances shall the owners of Sea Village #3309 be responsible for any loss, expense, damages, claims, or injury, direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, howsoever caused or incurred whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of your use of the Property or of any delay(s) substitution(s), rescheduling(s) or change(s) in the provision of services or accommodations.
