Perched on the hillside, Chloesa enjoys a prime location affording its occupants amazing views out to sea. Chloesa offers three air conditioned bedrooms, all located on the upper level of the villa and designed to capture the stunning views of the Caribbean Sea.

The entrance level houses all the communal areas, the kitchen, TV room, living room, dining room and game area. This area was specifically designed to create a very social setting, made complete with a full sized pool / billiard table. This area opens onto the pool and deck area outside, where one can sit and gaze out to the panoramic views of Cap Estate, Rodney Bay and out to sea. There is ample deck space in which alfresco dining can be enjoyed outside by the pool if you so desire. Come dine under the stars with your housekeeper who will amaze you with her repertoire of St. Lucian creole dishes.

All three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and a private patio for your additional comfort and convenience.
