This private country estate is the epitome of a southern dream, palm trees, large pool and beautiful garden to enjoy in close proximity to the sea. Comfortable country house Villa delle Stelle, detached, surrounded by trees and fields. Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the hamlet Campalto 5 km from the centre of San Vincenzo, 5 km from the centre of Venturina, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the sea, 5 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: park 6000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool kidney shaped (150 m2, depth 150 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 29.Apr. - 25.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, paddling pool, slide, hot tub, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, patio, arbour, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, hot tub (all included), table tennis, billiard table, playroom, bicycles available (extra). Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. A down payment of 20% of the total rental cost of the reserved rental property is payable within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.
