The renovated 19th-century Tuscan farmhouse is divided into two floors and can host up to 8 guests. The attention to guests’ needs and comfort are very detailed at this villa. It has a fenced swimming pool equipped with loungers, a private garden for a soothing atmosphere and a beautiful verandah with an outdoor dining facility. One can also admire sunsets over Tuscan hills that are covered with vineyards and cypresses.

On the ground floor of the holiday villa, there is a kitchen, a service bathroom, a dining room and a large living with a piano and a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a fridge with a freezer. Even when dining indoors, guests are never far from nature.

The first floor can be reached by climbing 18 steps. Here, there are four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a living area with sofas, a small table to enjoy refreshments and a fireplace.

The holiday retreat is perfect for admiring the beautiful Tuscan countryside, relish in its authentic charm and scenic views. About 3 kilometers from the villa, there lies a splendid estate where guests can make a reservation to visit the cellar, request for wine or oil tasting and visit the well-kept Italian garden.

The villa Ghizzano where the property is located offers an impressive array of attractions- from ancient churches to modern works of Alicja Kwade and David Tremlett and the palace and villa of Counts Venerosi Pesciolini, Guests can take day trips to Volterra with its Palazzo dei Priori, ancient bell tower, panoramic views and a Cathedral that boasts of a marble entrance portal and a gilded coffered ceiling. Guests can drive 28 kilometers from the villa to reach San Gimignano, a fortified town between Florence and Siena. The most notable piece of architecture is the set of 14 remaining towers. Other day trips include visiting Florence and Siena.

Golf lovers are in for a treat as an 18-hole golf course is situated only 12 kilometers from the villa. Guests can also ride a horse and visit the vineyards of Tuscany, getting to know its local cuisine and excellent wine.
