Villa kaislaranta - South Karelia

Villa Kaislaranta is a high-quality and modern rental villa completed in 2023, situated by lake Haapajärvi, approx. 20 m above the shoreline, offering pleasant views of the lake from the terrace.

The villa accommodates six people, and there is an additional bedroom for two in the lakeside sauna. The path from the cabin to the lake has a somewhat steep slope.

37 km to the southeast from Heinola, lake Haapajärvi 30 m, the beach is sandy with a gently sloping, hard bottom. The water depth at the end of the pier is approx. 2 m. A rowing boat is available.

This wooden villa, built in 2023, features a living room, open kitchen, and three bedrooms – one with a double bed and two with two separate beds in each, a utility/dressing room, a bathroom, and an electric sauna. Theres also a spacious terrace. Air source heat pump, which can be used as cooling in summer.

The lakeside sauna has a wood-burning sauna stove, two showers, a separate bedroom with two beds, and a covered terrace. The lakeside sauna is available for year-round use. Hydro massage bath outdoors can be reserved for an additional fee, 150 e reservation.
