65 km northeast of Kuopio, Lake Syväri 20 m, Tahkonlahti, the opposite shore 200m, the shore is rapidly deepening sand/rock shallow, stairs into the water (normally about 1 m water in the end of the pier), own old traditional wooden boat.
Spacious two-story log house: kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms with double bed in each, 1 bed room double bed and own shower, WC and TV, in the hallaway second WC. A wide terrace (60 m² of which covered 40 m²). Downstairs livingroom, kitchenette; micro oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ice maker, 2 bed room with double bed in each, dressing room, utility room, washroom, sauna (wooden warming stove), 2 WC, ski storage and terrace.
View to the lake from every bed room and size of each bed room is between 11-15 m². Villa has extensive technical equipment and lots of home electronics; 3 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 TV, 2 micro ovens, dryer for clothes, gas grill in veranda and piano.
Villa Pinjaranta holiday Villa is located in one of the best located places in Tahko; near slopes, in opposite shore is situated chair lift for latest slope, but also own beach and peaceful location nearby all Tahko´s ski center services.
This holiday Villa rented only to companies, families or adult couples, not to young folk. Price includes bed linen (made in beds) for 10 persons and final cleaning.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
Bookings start on arrival day at 16.00 and end on departure day at 16.00. (applies also to weekend bookings). Reservations cannot begin and end on the same day.
Childrens playground 300m, Tahko´s services about 1 km (restaurants, shore, Piazza nightclub, main lift to slopes. Golf Courses 1 km (Old Course) and 6 km (New Course), Tahko Spa 1,4km, riding stable 3,4 km.

A down payment of 20% of the total rental cost of the reserved rental property is payable within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. C) 28 to 2 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental
D) 1 day before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
