with enclosed large garden and plenty of parking space on site. by car: 20 minutes to the sandy beaches, 15 minutes to the Alps and 45 minutes to the nearest ski resort in winter. 5 minutes to Valbonne, Opio, Grasse and to explore Cannes, Nice. great starting point for biking to Gordon, Saint jeanette and other hill top villages.
