A cozy holiday apartment built in -08 in a two-story cabin house located in the center of Vuokatti. The apartment is located on the lower floor (stairs to the down). The area of the apartment is 62 m² on one level - a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed for 1-2 guests, a dining area for 6 and a light fireplace. Sleeping areas in two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180cm), and the other with separate beds for two (90cm). Sauna (electric stove), shower/toilet and separate toilet. Access to the balcony from the living room, with patio furniture for 4. The apartment has a view of the slopes of Vuokatti, facing the forest.
Additional equipment: Wifi (on a hill), 32 flat-screen TV, DVD home theater system. Air source heat pump.
Kajaani 35 km, Sotkamo 7 km. Vuokattis slopes 400 m, walking routes and lighted skitrails approx. 400 m.
The house is built on a hill, so the entrance to the holiday apartment is in the luhti corridor, where you take the stairs down from the parking lot, the apartment is located at the end of the ground floor of the luhti house.
The apartment has a shared ski maintenance room. The apartment-specific lockable storage space for sports equipment is located in the hallway of the house. A timer-operated car heating plug in the parking lot.
Bed linen and final cleaning can be ordered for an additional fee.
Pets are not allowed on the site.
The apartment is at your disposal from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings.

For bookings within 14 days prior to arrival only credit cards are accepted.
A down payment of 20% of the total rental cost of the reserved rental property is payable within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.

C) 28 to 2 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental
D) 1 day before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
