RESERVE our gorgeous home for Summer 2022 $ 5500.00 PER WEEK., plus $350.00 cleaning fee per each weekly rental period. The town of Bay Head does not permit rentals of less than seven (7) days. Weekly and multi weekly rentals start Saturdays at 4pm and end Saturdays at 10am, without exception. Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are included. Beds have mattress covers, pillows, blankets, and comforters. Non-shedding dogs under 45 pounds(up to 2) may be considered on an individual basis, and a weekly, non- refundable surcharge ($350/each dog, each week plus $100 extra cleaning fee) will be applied if the pet is approved.
There is a cleaning fee of $350.00 added to the total rental cost. Renters must be over 25 years old and be approved by the management before booking is permitted.
There are six (6) beach badges provided for our guests. Additional daily badges may be purchased on an as need basis by the renter
Charlies an excellent new dining establishment & bar overlooking Twilight Lake is now open. The Bridge Avenue beach is doing well & will be fully opened & operational for Summer 2022. Book now to assure your vacation spot.
Terms: $6,965.00 per week plus $350 cleaning fee. A refundable security deposit of $1,000.00 is additional.
A non- refundable dog fee (if allowed by management, prior to reservation) is $350/per week per dog. No cats or other pets are allowed. Fee to be paid immediately to reserve the house, balance of the rental fees within 30 days.
Security & cleaning & pet fee to be paid 30 days prior to occupancy. No large celebrations, parties, events, gatherings, or the like are allowed. No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed in the house or surrounding property.
Lovely, large, modernized, fully central air conditioned house in family friendly, peaceful, quaint, quiet town of Bay Head. Four easy to walk blocks to Beach. House is spacious and well furnished with modern kitchen and baths. Central air conditioning throughout. WiFi access. Large yard and side porch. Expanded rear deck and outdoor shower.
The kitchen is modern with granite counter tops, gas cook top and oven equipped for your cooking needs. A sliding glass door leads you to the deck and dining tables and chairs for casual dining and entertainment. The side yard gives you area for lawn games. The property is adjacent to green space, protected wetlands, and NJ Transit property. The trains do turn around the loop at low speed on the adjacent property behind the wetlands. There is a train hum and bell sound that reminds us of a trolley bell. Not noticeable inside the house but you do hear the hum in the side yard.
Back inside the house you enter the spacious dining room from both the kitchen & living room. Upstairs has a primary bedroom with queen bed & attached ensuite with shower and a soaking tub with closet space and 4 other bedrooms that each sleep 2-3 people.
The upstairs hall bathroom has a large shower. There is also a washer and dryer upstairs, if needed. Linens and some towels will be provided.
The house has been updated and has welcomed several generations of family to enjoy the tranquility of the lovely town of Bay Head and we hope that your family will enjoy it and make memories.
We expect that our guests leave the premises in the same clean condition they found it upon check-in. We would like to note again our house is a non-smoking of any kind premises. Smoking of any kind is not allowed within the house or surrounding property.

House Rules
•Your pet should not be left unattended at any time and should be under the control of the owner at all times. This means you cannot leave the pet alone.
•If the pet is left unattended in the residence, an extra fee of $175 will be charged immediately and you have 1 hour to pay the extra fee or is a violation of our house rules and you will need to leave without a refund.
•Your pet should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost.
•Please provide an advance copy of your pet’s rabies vaccine (current thru your stay). Current rabies vaccines are required on all pets in the township
•Your pet must be on a leash at all times, or under control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.
•Your pet must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking.
•We can ask you to remove your pet and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behavior or obvious lack of sanitation.
•Your pet must use the bathroom outside. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.
•Please clean up defections in the yard immediately and dispose of the bags properly. We do not provide them, please come prepared.
•Please keep your pet off the furniture, bedding, and counters.
•You are responsible at all times for your pet’s behavior. While we reasonably expect that your pet is well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any additional cleaning, repairs or replacements as a result.
All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. And;
To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement. Also;
No bathroom towels are to be removed from the property (i.e. for beach use). Beach towels may be available.
North of Bridge Ave, garbage will be picked up on Tuesday and Friday.
Please put any garbage in the trash cans and bring them to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings.
Recycling
Paper, bottles, and cans: Steel and aluminum cans, glass bottles and jars, newspaper, office paper, magazines and All #1, #2 and #5 Plastics. Please rinse clean all containers. Put in designated recyling container outside
Corrugated cardboard: Please flatten boxes
No running or jumping or horseplay on any decks or balconies.
No smoking of any kind within the house or premises.
