Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including private access to Deep Creek, where youre free to explore and enjoy the water. Please be mindful to enter and exit the creek only from our property. Out of respect for our neighbors, we kindly ask that you avoid wandering into neighboring yards or climbing on their river rocks.

Waters Edge is among 8 houses in a private cove (3 of which we own). It has a secluded feel with your own private access to Deep Creek from your backyard. Conveniently located within minutes to town and the Polar Express with the entrance to the Great Smoky National Park only 1 mile away.

The town of Bryson City is nestled in the Great Smoky Mountains and is just continuing to get more and more like a Hallmark movie! Its small town feel with quaint boutiques and restaurants surrounded by mountains and the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad makes you feel right at home with its Southern Charm. The spring and summer months bring festivals and numerous outdoor activities, the fall foliage is magnificent, and the winter brings us The Polar Express and snow skiing at Cataloochee Resort. Harrahs Casino is just 10 miles away which offers fabulous dining and entertainment opportunities. There is so much to do AND its just a perfect place to relax ~ our home and town do not disappoint.

Our property is very easy to access from town. Your drive is flat from town to house. Flat circular gravel drive with plenty of parking.

Please enter and exit the creek from our property only and (out of respect) please do not wander into neighbors yards or climb on their river bank. Once in the creek, you can wander anywhere in the creek though.

• No Smoking ~ this includes inside the home and the front and back porches
• At least one person 25 years of age or older must handle and be responsible for the renting of our home and must remain in the home overnight each day of the rental period.
• $25/night Pet Fee ~ 2 dog limit with combined total weight of under 60lbs. Unauthorized pets may result in immediate dismissal from our property with no refund + additional charges.
