Security Deposit will be returned the day after the guest checks out and the property is inspected. If damage is found the guest will be provided with a photo of the damage and the estimated value of the damage.

Notes

We supply paper towels, toilet paper, linens, hand towel, bath towels, hand and dishwashing soap. At this time we do not supply any condiments, coffee, toiletries such as shampoo or body soap. Please plan accordingly. There are several grocery stores to choose from within a short drive including a neighborhood Walmart. During your stay you will have access to six beach chairs and several beach towels for your convenience. The cleaner will keep inventory of this items before check in and after check out. If any of this items are damaged or go missing during your stay, you will be subject to an additional fee as follow: $25 per beach chair and $8.00 per beach towel.
