HOUSE RULES Thank You for Choosing Us! We want you to have a wonderful visit! Please reach out to us with any questions! . 1. No Smoking on premises, inside or outside. No Vaping. . 2. No Open Flames of any kind inside the building (matches, lighters, candles, gas stoves/heaters, etc). . 3. No Infants (0-2) or Children (2-12) per safety and insurance requirements. . 4. PETS. - No Dogs Allowed. - CATS Allowed with restrictions (must be spayed/neutered). Up to 2 max. Additional Pet Fee of $1 per night for the entire booking. - All other animals will be considered - and must be approved in writing and discussed prior to booking. . 5. No unauthorized guests without prior written permission by Host. . 6. Quiet Hours between 10 pm to 8 am . 7. No Parties . 8. Be considerate of neighbors right to quiet enjoyment. Guest may occasionally hear some sound from adjoining spaces (music, footsteps, etc). . 9. No Shoes in Guest Stay. . 10. All guests and visitors are required to provide Host with valid government issued photo ID with current address and age. . 11. Damages Booking Guest Agrees they are Liable for Any Damages to Property and Contents at Full Current Replacement Value, including the entire booking party, guests and visitors. . Should damages prevent future bookings, Guest agrees they are responsible to compensate Host for 100% of lost revenue (minus cleaning fees) until host can reasonable arrange for repairs by licensed professionals. . 12. Security Deposit Guest is required to provide a Direct Security Deposit to host upon request before check-in, with a minimum of $1500 and maximum of $5,000. The amount of the security deposit is at the sole discretion of host. . Should Guest fail to provide Security Deposit within 48 hours of booking Guest agrees that, at the sole discretion of host, that Airbnb will administratively cancel the entire booking without penalty to host. . Host agrees to return security deposit to Guest within 72 hours of check-out, provided the Listing Stay was left in reasonable condition, excepting regular wear. . 13. House Rule Violations and Cancellations Guest Agrees that House Rule Violations may result in the cancellation of their booking, without refund, at the sole discretion of host. . 14. Travel Insurance Guest agrees they are responsible to purchase travel insurance if they desire coverage for Covid-19 or other unexpected events. . 15. Lease For any stay of 30 days or longer, Guest will be required to sign a LEASE and provide a SECURITY DEPOSIT directly to the Host (Landlord).
