Location, location! This unit is situated in a great location. A couple blocks from the infamous 5th avenue and beaches and directly across the street from a track and field stadium. As a runner, this was my favorite feature and loved working out in the evenings when it was cooler amongst other like-minded locals from the area.

The unit itself possesses all the creature comforts one would need for a 2 weeks stay, especially for remote work. I was personally greeted by the local host/property manager who showed me around the unit and was easily accessible via (Hidden by Airbnb) .

The rooftop pool is definitely the condo’s best feature. Just like in the photos, its one of the larger pools I’ve seen in this area. Great for lounging and with wifi provided on the roof I was able to work from there as well.

The owner, Marguerite, was VERY accommodating. I needed an early check-in as I was checking out of a neighboring Airbnb around 11am, but check-in was listed as 3pm. She personally called me to ensure I was able to reach the local host and I was inside the unit 15 min later at no additional charge.

I would definitely stay here again and plan to the next time I visit the area. Thank you Marguerite and Adriana!
