✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for two vehicles in the large driveway. If you have more cars, we can list a vehicle for street parking based on availability. Please confirm with your host before your arrival. There is also free street parking outside of the community (about a three-minute drive from the house). Per HOA rules, no RVs/Trailers or vehicles with commercial/business logos or emblems are permitted in the community. There is no overnight street parking allowed without HOA and host authorization. Vehicles will be ticketed at the guests own expense.

Located in the beautiful community of Terra Lago, this home is a golfers paradise. The Golf Club at Terra Lago boasts two 18-hole championship courses with stunning mountain and lake views. Just a 15-20 minute drive gets you to La Quinta and PGA West, where countless other courses await. For something different, try The Lights at Indio Golf, the only par-3 night course in the Coachella Valley. Plus, youre about a 30 min drive from Palm Springs and some great hiking trails.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door. Prior to check-in, you will receive a personalized code.

✹ Pool heating can be arranged for an extra fee of $100/day, spa heating is free. There are quick visits by the gardener and the pool technician on Tuesday and Friday mornings for regular maintenance.

✹ The City of Indios quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM on Friday and Saturday and from 9 PM until 7 AM on weekdays. Outdoor music is prohibited during quiet hours, and violations may result in a $1,000 fine per offense, which is the guests responsibility. This home has a maximum occupancy limit of 12 guests overnight, including adults and children. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property without the hosts approval.
