This beautiful, new condo is perfectly located in Pigeon Forge conveniently located near all of the attractions, 5 star restaurants, dinner shows, museums, and shopping. Thank you for booking our Cabin! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and the Orchard Villa Condo! Here is your check-in information: -Check-in anytime after 4 pm, the gate code 1478 and the door code is 5295. Twist the deadbolt to the right after entering in the code to open it. To lock it, press the schlage button and twist the deadbolt knob to the left. -Check out is 10:00 am -The address is: 521 Orchard Valley Way, Sevierville, TN 37862 -Pool Code is 2020 and is open May-Sept from 9:30am-9pm -Free Wi-Fi is also provided during your stay: Name: SpectrumSetup-0A Pass: chillysnake503 Additional things to know: -The clubhouse with the gym and game room are located about a 3 minute walk from the property. When you go out of the gate of the community, turn left, and at the bottom of the road, take a right. There is a small office at the end of the road that has the gym and game room at the back of the building. -We have a drip coffee maker - coffee not provided. -The nearest grocery store is Kroger in Pigeon Forge, about a 10 minutes drive. Also, there is a Walmart about 4 minutes from your location. Please visit our website at https://beyondexpectationspm.com/area-guide/ for a full list of restaurants, activities, and other things to do for the area! Let us know if you need anything and have a wonderful stay! Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil and trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them. *** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up. COMMUNICATION If you need anything during your stay, below are some avenues to communicate: Email Diana, through your booking site Text/call Misty Mon-Friday 8am-5pm (865)-279-5295 Weekends and after 5pm: Call Alyssa or Vilma at (865) 279-5295 (Please note texting is not available at this number on weekends or after 5pm). All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day. For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items. Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 4% credit card fee.

-Our community has the best amenities in the area free to all of our guests -We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. -All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
