This 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath cabin sleeps up to 8 people, including 2 king size beds in the bedrooms! Unwind in the large, cozy living room with comfy couches and a large flat-screen TV along with a magnificent stone fireplace that seamlessly connects to the dazzling new kitchen. The kitchen boasts a central island complete with a butlers sink and trendy bar stools, creating a delightful space for socializing and culinary adventures. Revel in the secluded in-ground pool and game room on the lower level, or soak your cares away in the hot tub from the lower porch. The game room offers lively entertainment options, including a ping pong table, an arcade game, an additional flat-screen TV, and a bar-style table with chairs. Good afternoon and thank you for booking our Cabin! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and staying at our property! Here is your check-in information for your arrival: Cabin Name: Mountain Splash Cabin The address is: 460 Alpine Mountain Way Pigeon Forge, TN 37863, USA - Check-in any time after 4:00pm - The door code is 9445 - Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day that your stay ends. -Pool Code 9445 -Free WiFi is also provided during your stay: WiFi Network: mountainsplash WiFi Password: splashes PLEASE BE ADVISED: POOL GETS CLEANED EVERY THURSDAY (if you are a guest during this time, we just want to make you aware). ***Please note about pool use: No diapers or small toys are allowed pool. Use swim approved diapers only, as regular diapers and toys will clog the filter and you will be charged for replacement. ***We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them. *** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we must call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up. COMMUNICATION If you need anything during your stay, below are some avenues to communicate: Email Diana, through your booking site Text/call Misty Mon-Friday 8am-5pm (865)-279-5295 Weekends and after 5pm: Call Alyssa or Vilma at (865) 279-5295 (Please note texting is not available at this number on weekends or after 5pm). All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day. For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items. Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 4% credit card fee.

* The indoor pool is private since it is inside the house and it is heated *Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned in case the water is not hot when you check in. *Pool service may occur during your stay *The Fireplace is only operational from October 1-April 1 due to the HOA Community Policy. *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *Outdoor pool is a community pool *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
