More information by the provider: Apartment Brugg lies in the mountain village of Amden ob dem Walensee in the foothills of the Swiss Alps. This sunny vacation rental with a Mediterranean flair can accommodate up to 4 guests and offers a bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious open-plan living/dining area with kitchen. Particularly noteworthy is the massive terrace with a small garden. It offers a magnificent view of the Alps. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area at the edge of central Amden. The Amden/Brugg bus stop is just a few minutes walk. The local bus runs every 30 minutes to Weesen and hourly to the Amden-Arvenbüel family ski area. In winter, Amden offers many activities on and off the slopes: skiing, ski lessons, cross-country ski trails, an ice rink and trails for winter hiking and snowshoeing. In summer, the region between Walensee and Bergen offers a variety of hiking and scenic attractions. Excursions around the region are easy thanks to the perfect transport links. You can reach the center of the village by foot in just a few minutes. A garage is also available for your car. Welcome to your perfect Swiss vacation. The towns of Amden and Weesen on the Walensee offer everything that makes Switzerland so unique: a magnificent lake, mighty mountain peaks, a picturesque town and a pretty mountain village in a beautiful landscape. A down payment of 20% of the total rental cost of the reserved rental property is payable within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.
