More information by the provider: In the center of the Arvenbüel district, there is the Wohlfühlresidenz; apartment with space for 6 people. The family-friendly holiday apartment, furnished from a mixture of old school and modern, with a phenomenal view of the mountains and a large balcony (20 square meters) with seating, is located in the skiing and hiking area Arvenbüel. In summer the apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes and walks. The villagecenter of Amden with its shops can be reached by car or bus in around 10 minutes. In Arvenbüel there are also various restaurants where you can eat. The next bus stop Arvenbüel, Arven is 80 meters from the apartment. A parking space is available in the houses underground car park. Allow yourself to be enchanted by nature and the panorama. The summer and winter holiday resort of Amden is located in the Swiss canton of St. Gallen on a sunny plateau above theemerald blue Walensee. The region offers numerous excursion possibilities in all seasons. In winter Amden is a popular holiday destination for families with children. With easy slopes, a child-friendly ski school and numerous winter sports activities, Amden offers wonderful conditions for the next ski holiday in Switzerland.Our tip: A stop at Café Leistkamm, where the very little ones can whiz down the slope with a toboggan. Afterwards, a walk to theChapf lookout point with a great view of Lake Walen is recommended. In the summer months, hiking in Amden or water sports on Lake Walen are on the program. Excursion destinations such as Rapperswil, Glarus and the city of Zurich can bedonein less than an hour by car or bus, thanks to the convenient location bus stop Arven 98 m, railway station Mühlehorn 3.3 km, ferry Betlis 2.6 km.

The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash.
