Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Keyless and contactless entry. Guests will be provided a code to access the villa. The code will begin working at 4 PM on check in day and expire 30 minutes after check out day/time.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

No parties or events allowed

Maximum occupancy: 5

Maximum occupancy is 4 adults! The fifth guest must be under 18. The villa has one queen bed, two twin beds and a rollaway cot. The weight limit on the roll away is 150 pounds!

House Rules

No Smoking or Vaping inside or within 100 feet of the villa ($1000 fine)
No pets ($500 fine and immediate cancelation of reservation)
Occupancy limited to 4 people unless prior arrangements have been made during booking (unapproved guests will result in a $50/pp/nt fee).

Refund within 7 days of check-out.

Cancellation Policy

50% deposit at time of booking. Final payment 30 days before stay. Fully refundable if cancelled 61 days prior to check in. No refunds if canceled within 60 days of check in.
