Brigantine Quarters is a hidden gem with an exceptional private location at the end of a cul-de-sac on the golf course inside of Shipyard Plantation. Affordable, walk to Beach (private gate access, no parking issues) or Coligny Plaza. Fantastic access to amazing bike trails. This 1,200 square foot two bedroom, two bath condo. (sleeps 6) features a full kitchen, washer and dryer. Two brand new pools, six grills and two pickle/tennis ball courts make this a perfect place for a family vacation or a golf getaway. The master bedroom features a king bed and master bath. There is a private balcony with access from the living room or the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your needs. Getting around
The location has ample parking, but Hilton Head is known for its bike paths. Bike paths are all around the property. You can bring your own or rent bikes. You can bike to many restaurants and shops!

Policies and Rules
Check In: 4PM - Flexible
Unit is available starting after 4PM on Saturdays or depending on your arrival day. Check out time is 10AM on Saturdays. If you are leaving the property early, please advise the office and make sure your unit is locked.
You must first visit Sunquest to receive your check-in packet/Shipyard Gate pass before heading to the condo. Sunquest is about a 1/2 mile from Shipyard and is located at the PROFESSIONAL BUILDING:

The office is open Saturdays 4:00-6:00PM. If arriving after 6:00PM they will place the packet in a lock box on the wall outside the office.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25
Noone under 25, no large events. Condo sleeps six and it is strictly enforced.
Maximum occupancy: 6
No more than 6 persons allowed in the condo. No pets allowed. If found in violation you will be immediately removed and face a $1,000 fine.
House Rules
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST on day of arrival AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. EST on Saturday. NO Early Check-ins and $50 charge for late check out.
2. This is a NON SMOKING unit.
3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
Persons not complying with this policy will be required:
1. To pay a fine to Brigantine Quarters of $1,000.00.
2. Immediately and permanently remove any animal from the unit and
property.
3. Be billed for expenses of hiring an exterminating company to accomplish
extermination and cleaning of carpets, drapes, upholstery, and
bedspreads as necessary.
4. To vacate the villa and Brigantine Quarters immediately if unwilling to
comply with this policy.

Payment Policy
50% of payment due at reservation. The remaining 50% due 45 days from arrival.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS - A forty-five (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than forty-five (45) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $100 processing fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
