Good Day! Your "Cottage at the Beach" trip is here! Check in on or after 3:00 PM and check out time is 10:00AM. Contactless check-in for your convenience and extra safety! I'll send you the code once you are on your way to the house. Just let me know once you are :) We have an undercover area where you can park your car free of charge. There is also plenty of off street parking available. Free WiFi is also provided during your stay. Wifi access username and password is at the back of the router. Kindy check our Guest Manual for recommendations for Restaurants, Shopping Area, Local Attractions! It also includes all 4 Properties we are renting out. mind during your stay.
1. No parties or events allowed. For an unauthorized party, subject for immediate eviction with no refund or will be fined accordingly.
2. No smoking allowed. Penalty: $250
3. No unregistered guests allowed. Penalty: $200/ unauthorized guest.
4. No unregistered pets allowed. Penalty: $200/ unauthorized pet.
5. Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.
6. Please respect the noise curfew.
7. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Penalty for Late checkout is $100
8. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for all damages and extra cleaning if deep cleaning is needed upon your checkout. Extra Cleaning Fee $200
9. Please don't rearrange the furniture.
10. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
