THE LONG VERSION:
As you approach the front door, youll be greeted by the first of two outdoor patios comfortably furnished with a new sofa, a couple of side chairs, and coffee table - perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or watching a beautiful Arizona sunset.

Youll enter the home into a large living room and game room complete with a full size pool table, gallery wall of popular AZ destinations, conversation area furnished with four new over-sized chairs and large coffee table, a beautifully designed fireplace flanked by two bookcases filled with books for all ages, and a bay window perfect for curling up with one of your favorite books.

You also have a cabinet filled with many popular board games like Ticket to Ride, Family Feud, and Apples to Apples.

As you pass under the soaring archway into the next room, youll find yourself in a stylishly decorated open concept great room, consisting of a family room, a fully stocked kitchen, and dining area overlooking the backyard.

Gather the family together on the sectional in the family room for movie night playing on the large 65 SMART TV.

Even the most discerning chefs will love preparing culinary creations in the stunning fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and a large two-level island, which makes for a terrific entertaining space.

A lot of thought went into making sure all the common kitchen tools and appliances are right at your fingertips, in addition to extra items like spices, cold bottles of water and a COFFEE/TEA BAR.

Heated pool option can be ADDED for an additional charge of $40/night. PLEASE SPECIFY IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE POOL HEATED WHEN BOOKING. Pool will be set to 87F using a pool heat pump. Please note, when ambient temps fall below 50F heater may struggle to maintain 87F.

Once youre ready to retire for the evening, youll have the option to choose between four different bedrooms, all with lavishly comfortable beds and plush linens that you wont want to get out of.
