Not ready to pay hotel prices? Our little place is comfortable and cute - located in Monte Vista, the great Mesa 55+ community with the over the top amenities. It has one bath, one bedroom (one queen size bed), fresh paint and an eclectic collection of Art.

The kitchen is well equipped with all the things people need to cook in: pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutting boards and good knives, microwave and blender, slow cooker, dishes and glasses, new double oven range. Bath towels and linens are provided.

This remodeled park model home has a good sized bathroom and bedroom (queen bed and large closet), large same level Arizona room includes TV, sofa with queen bed, dining table, adjacent laundry room.

This location is GREAT - in a quiet part of the resort, with easy access to everything you want to do. Resort has 3 pools, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, softball field, art classes, wood shop, activities every day of the week. Groceries, restaurants, shopping close by.

Between Phoenix and the Superstition Mountains, the desert, hiking, biking, water sports are within a short drive. On weekends check out the Mesa Swap Meet.

Notes on pricing: High Season (Oct 1 to May 31) rates include ALL utilities.
Low Season (June July Aug Sept) Inquire for Rates/ Minimum Stay 60 days. Rates do NOT INCLUDE these utilities: WiFi and electricity, but DO include Water/ Sewer/ Garbage pick-up.
